Hypnotherapy-Only Session

Includes a focused pre-session questionnaire and personalized hypnosis. Ideal for targeting specific patterns, behaviours, or emotional loops. Guided trance-based reprogramming.

Deep-Dive Integrative Session
75–90 minutes – £165
My signature session. Combines coaching, somatic techniques, and custom hypnotherapy. Time to unpack, explore, reframe, and rewire. Includes post-session reflection support.
